Under continuous operation, the housing temperature is generally ≤80℃, and the bearing area ≤90℃. Shut down immediately for inspection if overheated.

Pay attention to backlash, rigidity, and inertia ratio. Planetary reducers are preferred for high-precision applications with low backlash ≤3–5 arc-min. Ensure torque, flange size, and shaft diameter are compatible.
How to calculate the gear ratio?
Gear ratio = motor output speed ÷ reducer output speed. For multi-stage reducers, the total ratio is the product of each stage ratio.

Confirm parameters including motor power, output speed, ratio, mounting type, torque, duty cycle, load type, and operating environment (temperature, dust, humidity). Prioritize rated torque for selection instead of matching by power alone.
